Duties

Analyze and evaluate the component?s recruitment efforts and make initial recommendations regarding the effectiveness of current strategies.

Draft, for management approval/review administrative reports related to HR topics to support briefings.

Provide guidance to internal customer on resource planning and resource management activities related to human capital and workforce planning activities supported by BOG.

Analyze and assess CCIIO?s Business Operations Group?s policies, practices, and procedures, consult with supervisor and/or senior analyst on any problems, deviations, unforeseen circumstances that are observed.

Serve as an initial point of contact within DHCWP to internal customers and, with supervisory/team lead guidance/direction communicates with stakeholders in other CMS components, to support business operations functions.

Qualifications

You must demonstrate in your resume at least one year (52 weeks) of qualifying specialized experience equivalent to the GS-07 grade level in the Federal government, obtained in either the private or public sector, to include: (1) Researching or analyzing policies or procedures for administrative operations (i.e., allocation of physical space for FTEs, staff training and development needs, award nominations and processing, or workforce planning); (2) Coordinating with internal or external stakeholders on projects, action items, inquiries, correspondence or to resolve issues; and (3) Serving as a point of contact to management or staff regarding administrative or management operations relating to human capital matters.

Substitution of Education for Experience: You may substitute education for specialized experience at the GS-09 level by possessing a Master's or equivalent graduate degree or 2 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree or LL.B. or J.D., if related to the position being filled.
- OR -
Combination of Experience and Education: Only graduate education in excess of the amount required for the GS-07 grade level may be used to qualify applicants for positions at the grade GS-09. Therefore, only education in excess of 1 full year of graduate level education may be used to combine education and experience.

Salary

$59,534 to $93,638 per year
