Duties

This position is on-the-go, and you will spend around 40% of your time visiting landowners around the state.

Around 30% of your time will be dedicated to pre-acquisition and negotiation processes, including purchase and sales agreements and mitigation project agreements. You will also assist in due diligence items including survey and title and assist in the preparation and organization of closing documents. Some assistance will be required for the development of projects in the proposal process for projects in different phases.

Around 30% of your time, you will be doing analytical work - analyzing property data and land records for the suitability of restoration sites, running numbers associated with the acquisition of new land assets, working with management to prepare and maintain monthly cash flow statements, and assisting in creating preliminary project budgets.

Qualifications

BA/BS in Real Estate
3 or more years in land acquisition and development OR sales.
Acceptable driving record
ArcGIS experience
Passion for environmental stewardship and conservation
