Duties

IBTCI is seeking an Intern IPS to support the Human Resources Department. The ideal candidate will be assertive, works with a sense of urgency and strong work ethic. Flexilibity is also key as this position may help support any of the human resources functions. Please note this is a part-time administrative position; 28 hours per week in the office.

Update and maintain HR records.
Assist benefits administration
Administrative support on performance management.
General HR administration.
Conduct research.
Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Education: At least two years of colleague education in Human Resources, Business or related field.

Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel.
Experience with Google Workspace.
Interest in the HR profession.
Working Environment: Work is typically performed in an office environment

Physical Requirements: This is largely a sedentary position that requires the ability to speak, hear, see, and lift small objects up to 20 lbs.

Supervisory Responsibility: This position does not have supervisory responsibilities.

Travel: N/A
Work Authorization: Candidate must be authorized to work in the U.S.A. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
