The Instructional Design Team is responsible for advising the Academics Group on pedagogy, achievement and program quality, and for creating high-leverage literacy and numeracy instructional programs.
The project assistant will play a critical role in keeping the team organized and efficient by managing the administrative tasks of the team’s projects.
What You Will Do
*Copy-edit and help assemble the instructional products (textbooks, lessons, exams) that the team creates
*Create and manage an organization system for the team (file management, communication)
*Monitor project deadlines and communicate the team’s progress against them
*Coordinate with our in-house production team (designers, artists, compositors) to execute textbook creation projects (curate artwork, manage files, format manuscripts)
*Collate and perform basic analysis of achievement data
*Copy-editing reports and memos
* 1+ years of experience in publishing, project management, editorial or education work
*Extraordinary attention to detail
*Ability to collaborate with all members of a team
*Clear communication skills – verbal and written
*Self-motivation and ownership of the team’s success
