About the organization

Footprints International School (FIS) is dedicated to raising the quality of education in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. Established in 2007, the school has expanded exponentially from starting with 10 students to around 1000. We offer classes from nursey to Grade 12 at our two main campuses in Toul Tom Poung and Toul Kork with our graduating students going to study in universities all around the world.


1- Using Cambridge Curriculum, the instructional Coach work with teachers to align the teaching practice and address the learning needs of the students at various level.

2- Lead various teachers reflection and review processes to stimulate teacher learning and mastering teaching initiatives

3- Utilize student learning data to stimulate teacher's reflection and attention on students' need and special needs and work with them to set appropriate goals for progressive improvement and performance.

4- Provide general trainings to classroom facilitators and other members of the academic team, based on need.

5- Assist the program management in teacher evaluation based on relevant teaching strategies, methods and levels.


- Master in Education, major in Curriculum and Instruction
- At least 10-year experience in teaching and coaching.
- Solid experience in educational setting, especially international environment.
-Knowledge on International Accreditation Standards is a plus.
