Provide direct supervision and guidance to all PreK Lead Teachers within the program
Conduct regular check-ins, observations, and evaluations to ensure teachers are meeting performance expectations and following program policies and procedures
Support professional development and growth opportunities for Infant and Toddler Lead Teachers, including providing constructive feedback, recommending training, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement
Foster a positive and collaborative team environment by promoting effective communication, resolving conflicts, and promoting a shared vision for high-quality infant/toddler care and education
Ensure the implementation of developmentally appropriate curriculum that promotes the cognitive, physical, social, and emotional development of infants/toddlers, including individualized care and learning experiences for each child
Monitor the implementation of the curriculum across classrooms, providing guidance and support to ensure consistency and quality
Ensure that all Infant and Toddler classrooms meet licensing, accreditation, and regulatory requirements
Conduct regular observations of classrooms to ensure compliance with health and safety standards, proper supervision, and appropriate child-staff ratios
Review documentation and records related to infant/toddler care, health, and developmental milestones to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance
Collaborate with the HR department to assist in recruitment and hiring


At least 3 years of experience working with young children
At least 1 year experience supervising a team
Bachelor’s degree in a related field required
Ability to work effectively with diverse staff, parents, and community members
Experience with conflict resolution and/or crisis management
Action-oriented, entrepreneurial, adaptable, and innovative approach to curriculum planning
Passion, idealism, integrity, positive attitude, mission-driven, and self-direction
Team building, analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills
Effective verbal and listening communications skills
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
Must be able to lift 30lbs
COVID-19 vaccination required or must meet the legal guidelines for an exemption
Must be able to pass criminal background checks, child and adult maltreatment registry checks, sex offender registry checks, and a pre-employment drug screen
