Duties

The role of Business Operations Associate, IRP will be instrumental in driving IRP priorities and processes to execute against established targets. The Business Operations Associate will be based in Memphis, TN and report to the Associate Manager of Business Operations.

Responsibilities:

Partner with Indigo Research Partners leadership to drive key priorities and execute against established targets
Develop and implement processes across all operational aspects of the IRP program (research & non-research acres)
Contribute to the development of Indigo technologies and driving adoption / building critical mass across IRP growers
Special projects, as needs for position evolve

Ability to balance tasks and push forward multiple workstreams simultaneously
An ability to lead and energize a group towards an aggressive goal while maintaining good relationships
Agile with the ability to deliver in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work on multiple projects with changing priorities

Qualifications:

1-3 years of professional work experience
Memphis based
Strong PPT and Excel capabilities
Experience with Salesforce (preferred; not required)
Ag experience / background (preferred; not required)
Comfortable with a broad range of technology and applications
