Duties

Participates in developing and executing strategies and/or plans for assigned talent development projects/programs. Evaluates results and provides recommendations. Designs, develops, deploys, evaluates and maintains talent development programs, policies, training venues, and other training initiatives.

Designs training workshops/facilitations for employees as appropriate. Designs adult instructional activities and/or delivers a variety of learning interventions and/or training programs for face to face and virtual learning environments. Prepares course outlines, narrative texts, supplemental study guides, case studies, pre- and post-tests, aptitude tests, and practical exercises. Participates in onboarding initiatives for new employees, detailees, and interns in support of the organization’s mission, objectives, policies, regulations, practices and other matters of special interest. Conducts presentations, briefings and facilitates meetings.

Qualifications

Knowledge of talent development programs to support with team projects and goals.

Skill assisting others in the development, execution, and evaluation of strategies, plans, processes and/or policies for talent development programs.

Skill assisting others in designing training materials for talent development programs and facilitating training to a diverse audience.

Knowledge of procurement and/or acquisition regulations to support oversight of talent development contracts and inter-agency agreements.
