This position is located in the Office of Mission Support, Office of Administration and Resources Management-Research Triangle Park, Human Resources Management Division in Durham, NC.

At the entry level of this position, you will:
-Analyze Human Resources (HR) performance data to find anomalies, patterns and correlations.
-Develop tools to automate/streamline HR processes.
-Serve as a liaison between Information Technology customer service and the Shared Service Center.
-Make recommendations to improve program effectiveness and efficiency.
-Prepare analytical summaries on behalf of senior leaders.
When entering a Federal job at a grade level lower than the highest promotion potential level, you may be promoted to more complex duties and work more independently, as your career progresses.
The maximum promotion potential of this position is GS12.
Qualifications based on an evaluation of a candidate’s education and qualifying experience.
We are looking for experience assisting in computer coding to produce an end product and using computer software to prepare spreadsheets/reports for analyses.
