From babies to seniors, Gulf Coast JFCS serves all people in need, regardless of race, religion, culture or gender identity. Our programs span a broad human service spectrum, from behavioral and mental health, child welfare and adoption, family support, job and employment transition, housing, food, transportation or home care assistance for the elderly.


Homemaker is a full-Time (non-exempt) position is responsible for the maintenance and management of assigned clients’ homes in the Pinellas County area. The Homemaker will be responsible for but not limited to light housekeeping, laundry, grocery shopping, meal prep, bill paying assistance, help reading mail. Heavy lifting or hands-on care is NOT Required. The primary goal of the Homemaker is to help the elderly and disabled in the Pinellas County area to remain living independently in their chosen home environment and avoid premature nursing home placement. Best suited candidates will be reliable and compassionate with a dedication to the elderly and disabled population.



Experience in household maintenance and management.
Must pass Level II background screening.
Must have a reliable car and possess current Florida Driver’s License and Florida car insurance.


We are currently offering a $500 sign-on bonus for the Full Time Homemaker and a $250 bonus for the Part Time Homemaker.

$10.82 per hour
