We’re especially looking forward to meeting candidates who are excited to pick up projects and run with them! The Operations Fellow will:

Help fund community-led organizations all over the world. You’ll support the core financial operations of over $40M in contributions to organizations around the globe. By appropriately handling and designating contributions, you will help ensure delivery of funds to local organizations, from Albania to Zambia.
Help make international money transfers more accessible for grassroots nonprofits. Assist our Senior Disbursement Associate with fielding disbursement related questions from our nonprofit partners. Help to identify and communicate solutions to common and uncommon problems. Then help plan longer-term solutions by suggesting UX and/or process changes internally.
