Duties

Contribute to the continual improvement of standard operating procedures in global field offices.
Design and assist with global security and field operations training and guidance materials, such as process maps, presentations, and manuals.
Provide administrative support such as taking minutes, copyediting, coordinating and scheduling meetings and trainings, updating internal trackers, and organizing files.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in relevant field desired;
1-2 years of work experience and interest in administration, operations, or security field;
Professional or academic experience in international setting desired;
Highly organized and able to prioritize multiple tasks;
Strong interpersonal skills and cultural sensitivity to effectively interact with all staff;
Ability to travel internationally 20% of the time;

Salary

$43.000 - $52.000
