We work to improve global health, operating in more than 300 United Methodist hospitals and clinics worldwide. We seek to alleviate human suffering through the United Methodist Committee on Relief.
This position provides administrative support to Program Managers in the Global Health Unit to full programmatic needs including management of grant workflow procedures to ensure maximum efficiency, maintaining files and records with effective filing systems and supporting program managers with various administrative tasks.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Prepare and disseminate grant agreements and award notifications.
Process grant disbursements.
Prepare grant disbursement reports and collate statistical data, as assigned.
Schedule and keep minutes of grant-related meetings.
Arrange logistics for training and global health events.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Provide administrative support to the Global Health Unit with special consideration to the Program Managers programmatic needs.
Assist on grant disbursements and grant agreements for Global Health Unit.
Minimum two (2) to four (4) years administrative secretarial experience, preferable being responsible for more than one executive at the same time.
