Duties

-Assist with the general administration of the Fulbright Foreign Student Program
-Support staff with the planning and execution of Annual Fulbright Student Program Workshop including travel arrangements, event communications, and material development
-Support Communications efforts including social media, blog posts and website management
-Prepare Fulbright dossiers and assist program staff by providing university application support for new Fulbright nominees applying to U.S. graduate programs
-Contribute to special projects as needed such as alumni and university relations research, student survey analysis, and other duties as assigned

Qualifications

-Enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program for at least 2 years, or a current master’s student
-Ability to work the expected number of hours per week (10-15)
-Resume & cover letter - including available start date and preferred hours

Required:
Microsoft Office proficiency (especially Excel)
Precise attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Excellent interpersonal, multicultural, and communications skills
Able to work on tasks independently and meet firm deadlines once guidance is provided

Preferred:
Event planning experience preferred
Social Media experience preferred

$17.00 per hour
