Document and share/train staff on best practices/tools for mapping. Noting best practices for outreach and sharing these with the state team. Also highlighting viability and prioritize tactics. Researching and identifying partners/CBOs for collaboration and documenting successful examples or piloting these. In addition, build partnerships with local community groups; Organize and implement a strategic map for a volunteer train- the-trainer system; Explore collaboration opportunities with partners to deploy education effectively, e.g. community ambassadors. Hold 5 listening sessions with partners and 5 listening sessions with volunteers.
