Californians Together is hiring a Finance Manager who will lead the organization’s day-to-day business operations, financial reporting for grants, and ensure systems and processes are in place for strong financial management. The Finance Manager will have two direct reports to support with oversight of the general ledger, accounts receivable and payable, auditing schedules, tax returns, payroll, and benefits. Must be willing to commute to Long Beach office a couple times a week. Full description can be found here:


Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in similar position
Accounting or business degree preferred
Relevant work experience
Familiar with generally accepted accounting principles and non-profit accounting
Familiar with labor and personnel laws and practices
Proficiency with QuickBooks, preferably a certified user or eligible for certification
Proficiency and flexibility with office technology including video conferencing, Microsoft office suite and web-based applications
