Essential Job Functions

Project manage customer training and support accounts: district level communication and support budget
Assist VP, Field Implementation Services, with customer implementation planning and related supports
Deliver in-person and virtual support to customers to include, but not limited to, modeling lessons, conducting side-by-side coaching, and providing feedback and coaching
Complete reports following field assignments
Conduct customer benchmark/data meetings
Attend team meetings and conference calls as scheduled
Support sales efforts and presentations
Transparent communication across all departments


Must reside in the West region (CA, AZ, NM, CO, UT, NV, WA, OR, AK)
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Education; Master’s degree preferred
5 or more years of classroom teaching experience
3 or more years of supervisory experience that includes instructional coaching
Specialization/expertise in literacy, math and assessment
Certificates from ongoing professional learning in science of reading, dyslexia and data analysis
Willing to travel in the region by car and air about 75% of time

Competent with technology and delivering coaching, instruction and training in a virtual format.

Commendable work ethic and commitment to ensure that quality standards are met in all initiatives
Strong oral and written language skills
Ability to develop and strengthen positive partnerships with customers
Can troubleshoot potential implementation problems/challenges
Capable of troubleshooting technology issues in a classroom
Can work in challenging urban environment
