Basic Qualifications
2 years of research and administrative experience.
Additional Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.
• Strong organizational skills, ability to attend to details and to work both independently and as a member of a team are important.
• Additional skills in website management, PeopleSoft, Google tools, and technical computer support preferred.
• Experience in field research, financial management, office support, and grants will be evaluated favorably.
• Excellent communication, English writing and financial skills.
• Computer literacy (including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint) is vital.
• Experience traveling and working abroad is preferred but not required.
• Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks with minimal supervision.
• Demonstrated interpersonal skills with experience providing complex administrative and programmatic support to one or more supervisors.
• Demonstrated interest in economics, international development, and policy in developing countries.

This position is a fully benefits-eligible term appointment ending July 1, 2020 with strong possibility of renewal.
