Duties

- Implement, configure, modify, troubleshoot, evaluate, and debug applications
- Complete configuration changes in Nimble AMS, Salesforce and other Association systems
- Triage helpdesk tickets and escalate as necessary
- Vet and support new systems against business requirements in conjunction with Director of IT.
- Function as a liaison between business users and developers
- Provide training to new and existing users. Support new hires during and after initial orientation.
- Complete content entries in a Content Management System
- Work systematically and logically to analyze situations, resolve problems, identify causes, and anticipate implications.
- Prepare standard and ad-hoc reports and dashboards from Nimble, Salesforce and other relational databases
- Participate in design meetings and interact with developers to work towards a common solution
- Lead requirement gathering sessions, break down functional requirements & development tasks, and help execute to completion
- Maintain regular contact with internal customers to anticipate, identify and respond to their needs and expectations
- Produce process flows, create training documents, and provide support for internal customers
- Work independently and/or with team members to resolve escalated support tickets

Qualifications

Experience/Training/Certifications:

· Associates Degree in Information Systems plus at least 2 years relevant professional experience or Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

· 2+ years supporting Salesforce configuration

· Proficiency with HTML and CSS

· Experience working with various content management systems

· Proficiency with SQL or similar Query language

· In-depth understanding of data integration, data quality, and multi-dimensional design

· 2+ years building complex reports based on business requirements

· Knowledge of Spiceworks or other ticketing system

Salary

$55,000 - $62,500
