About the organization

OMPT delivers training and video technology solutions to connect rural communities and humanitarian assistance programs. We bring long-term, sustainable development to communities in the developing world by teaching local individuals and community-based organizations to deliver the latest training information in health, agriculture, education, and other disciplines. We do this by working with subject matter experts and teaching locals how to produce educational videos using low-cost video cameras and cordless projectors in typically hard to reach locations.


Outreach Management:

Generate program prospects/sell the organization's services for a fee
Generate donor prospects/solicit donations
Conduct outbound calls to partners and donors.
Provide reports as scheduled or requested

Travel Duties:

Travel to developing countries
Assist in conducting video education workshops
Visit donors mainly in Bay Area (San Francisco)

Working Relations:

Reports to the Executive Director.


Exceptional verbal and written skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Proven account management skills
Capable of working with diverse populations
Command of Google Drive, G Suite
