-Develop and monitor Catalog and member feedback channels, including surveys.
-Assist with Purchased Product Vendor relationships: update inventory and select new product for refreshes.
-Oversee Catalog banners: develop annual cadence and ensure design.
-Contribute to Ecommerce reporting, running analysis on Catalog health, order volume, and lives impacted.
-Maintain online Catalog categories and identify items for promotion.
-Provide support for Good360’s online Catalog.
-Research and document item details in Excel
-Create product images in Photoshop (basic design; experience preferred but not required)
-Write brief product descriptions.
-Strong attention to detail
-Spreadsheet (Excel or Google Sheets) and database experience is crucial
-Strong organizational skills required
-Self-motivated, energetic attitude
-Creative problem-solving skills and critical thinking skills
-Positive, goal-oriented attitude
-Some nonprofit experience, even volunteering, a plus.
