Colorado State University Extension and Douglas County are seeking a leader with the experience and skills to lead diverse and high-functioning staff members in the strategic delivery of quality educational programs and services attuned to Douglas County. The person will have a proven record of managing administrative functions including budget, personnel, programming, day-to-day office operations, and fostering both internal and external collaboration and teamwork.

A completed master’s degree is required. One degree must have been conferred in a discipline that can contribute significantly to administrative and program responsibilities.

The salary range for this position is $52,500 - $72,000. Starting salary will be commensurate with education and experience.
