Position Summary

We are looking for a Director of Branding and Development to join the CMO Team. ACE has over a decade of success in meeting our mission, with an ever-growing group of students succeeding in our schools and in college. We are searching for a Director of Branding and Development to build our brand awareness and grow our fundraising base. You are passionate about educational equity and a development leader to help ACE raise the necessary resources to take our organization to the next level...

This position reports to the Chief Executive Officer.


Education & Experience

5-10+ years of experience in nonprofit management, specifically in fund development, marketing, program administration, staff recruitment, and/or project management.
Track record of success in building fundraising systems and strategies for a growing organization, with a focus on major gifts from foundations and individuals.
Track record of success in navigating all aspects of donor management and relationship cultivation, in particular discerning priorities of prospective investors and developing relationships into strategic partnerships and long-term support.
Strong communication skills, experience in writing formal and informal communications, and comfortable with administrative work. Ability to translate complex content to key decision-makers and stakeholders.
Data-driven,Strategic thinker able to create and manage data systems to insure ACE is on track to meet our goals.
Persuasive and personable in clearly articulating ACE’s mission and impact for students, families and our community.
Adaptable and comfortable in environments that change rapidly and able to pivot quickly.
