PURPOSE: Responsible for supporting the Fund Development Department through maintaining the Raiser’s Edge donor database, ensuring accurate and timely gift processing and acknowledgement, support of event planning processes like registration and logistics coordination, and administrative support as directed by the CDO.

REPORTS TO: Chief Development Officer


Gift Processing, Reporting, and Database Management:
Serve as the expert on the Raiser’s Edge database. Facilitate access and provide database training to other members of Fund Development team.
Ensure the timeliness and accuracy of gift processing and acknowledgement letters to donors in accordance to IRS standards.
Utilizing the Raiser’s Edge & Salesforce databases, including maintenance, user accounts, gift entry, reporting, queries, prospecting, data-mining and data clean-up projects with the goal of providing current, consistent and accurate data.
Develop and deliver clear and accurate reporting and tracking vehicles, dashboards, and data exports for the fund development team, senior leadership team, and Board of Directors by stated deadlines.
Ensure all database entries and reporting adhere to the Fund Development department’s standard operating procedures.
Communicate and collaborate with donors and other departments to ensure proper allocation of gifts.

Bachelor degree preferred or high school diploma (or equivalency) with one to three years of work experience. Raiser’s Edge experience highly preferred.


$16-18 per hour
