About the organization

No Limits, Inc. offers a portfolio of housing and reentry services to marginalized people returning from incarceration or experiencing homelessness. These services include permanent supportive housing, transitional housing, case management, warming centers, and much more.


The primary objective of this VISTA project is to help develop No Limits’ anti-poverty/anti-opioid programming. Activities for this position include: • Research evidence-based best practices for anti-poverty programming • Engage other key local stakeholders to bring additional services to the project • Develop a fundraising schedule of events designed to create financial stability for No Limits’ programs • Seek out grant funding for No Limits’ services • Assist with the development of the organizational marketing plan • Develop a social media campaign for No Limits • Revamp the No Limits website


Education: high school diploma/GED

Minimum age: 18

Ability to integrate into the Fairbanks community and excitement to fight poverty through local nonprofit work!
