The coverage clinician must be a family medicine nurse practitioner with a minimum of 3 years experience. This is a hybrid in person and telehealth clinical position. The clinician is responsible for desktop coverage for terminated clinicians, clinicians out on FMLA or extended PTO. The coverage clinician will aid with population health care gaps during lulls in required desktop coverage and will assist in patient coverage during new clinician onboarding when there are gaps in insurance enrollment. In addition, the coverage clinician may be assigned special projects that impact organizational clinician workflow barriers as is appropriate. This position will also contribute to quality improvement, especially as it pertains to continuity of care, decreasing patient and organizational risk and building appropriate empanelment.

Attractive total compensation package ranging from $100,000.00 to $120,000.00 dependent on program incentives during first year of practice.
