Camp Hidden Meadows

About the organization

Camp Hidden Meadows has been a summer sanctuary for both our campers and staff for over 25 years. Our traditional camp program includes the choice of over 65 activities with time tested favorites such as archery, swimming, and sports. We also stand out with a leading youth rock climbing program, our organic farm, a wide array of outdoor adventures, and an extensive arts program.

CHM is situated at 3000 feet elevation in the Allegheny Mountains, which form the border between Virginia and West Virginia. This alpine setting offers unbeatable summer weather with warm days and cool summer nights. Surrounded by USFS lands, our network of trails lead directly into the national forest to explore pristine wilderness areas.

Camp Hidden Meadows is looking for great people who are willing to work hard, share talents and give everything they’ve got at our residential summer camp, serving campers ages 6-17 years old. Forget what you have seen in the movies. Working at camp is about making connections with young people, serving as a role model, and putting the needs of others ahead of your own. You don’t need to be an expert to work at camp, but you need to be willing to give your time, attention, and heart to others. The demands are constant, but the rewards are infinite!

Previous experience working with children preferred.
