Duties

Contract Administration:

Develop and revise contract and grant templates.
Draft contracts and grants for vendors and partners.
Ensure contract terms and conditions are understood and adhered to by all parties involved.
Compliance Management:

Assist in the development and implementation of compliance procedures and protocols to mitigate risks and potential violations.
Collaborate with the Contracts and Compliance Manager and Program Management Team to ensure that all partners, sub-recipients, and subcontractors understand and comply with USAID rules and regulations.
Conduct regular compliance assessments and internal audits to identify areas for improvement.
Maintain comprehensive and organized records of all compliance-related documentation.
Procurement Support:

Provide support for procurement processes across the entire company, ensuring adherence to relevant policies and guidelines.
Collaborate with various teams to facilitate efficient procurement planning, sourcing, and supplier management
Risk Management:

Collaborate with the Manager to identify potential compliance risks and assist in the development of strategies to mitigate them.
Support the implementation of a risk management framework to monitor and address compliance-related issues proactively.
Training and Support:

Assist in conducting training sessions for relevant staff to enhance their understanding of USAID rules and regulations and DI policies.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, law, international development, project management, or related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
Minimum of five years previous experience in contract management, compliance, or related fields, working under USAID rules and regulations.
Solid understanding of USAID compliance requirements.
Strong organizational skills with an exceptional attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to identify compliance risks and propose appropriate solutions.
