We are a non-profit organization that believes in inspiring, empowering, and engaging youth through collaborative and innovative transformational learning programs.
We offer a series of leadership activities for international and university students, including in-school and online programs (JUMP! Schools and JUMP! Connected) and outdoor adventure programs (JUMP! Experiences and JUMP! Adventures). We facilitate participants to develop personal, community, and inter-community leadership skills.
To help realize our vision of making transformational learning accessible to all, we allocate a proportion of our annual revenue to support experiential youth-focused development projects worldwide.

Duties
The Program Manager will have competence and flexibility in a variety of responsibilities, including but not limited to the following:
Managing, overseeing and executing the Program Management process for all assigned programs.
Management and oversight of program logistics
Managing Facilitation Teams (pre-program, on-program & post-program)
Operating within the Risk Management System (Risk Assessment, Risk Management Plans, Reporting & Emergency Response)
Monitoring and Evaluation of the program (Surveys, Impact analysis & End-of-Program Report)
Managing the creation and tailoring of Program Resources, including Program Specific Handbooks for Students, Educators and Facilitators
Manage and oversee program financial processes, and perform financial management KPIs for Programs.- Manage information relating to Program Locations and location-specific training for staff
Overseeing the Program Management Process for multiple programs
Build systems to support and sustain JUMP Program Management
Support Partnership Development and contribute to revenue generation
Facilitate on JUMP! Schools and JUMP! Experiences programs as needed
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in program management of experiential education programs
Passion for working with youth
Background in experiential education, program design and facilitating off-campus programs
Self-starting and welcomes personal and professional development- Attentive to detail, task-oriented, resourceful, and able to meet deadlines
Strong interpersonal and networking skills
Strong written and oral communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Passion for working within cross-cultural environments
Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
Ability to Manage & Communicate existing network of external/internal partners
Administrative Supervision
Group Facilitating & Supervision skills
Autonomous Capacity
Flexible and able to travel extensively within the assigned country and within the South East Asia region
Prior experience living and working in South East Asia.
