The services delivery system includes the active participation of the public and private sectors, education, and government.


Ability to remain up-to-date with current local, state, federal, MDE, DPSCD and other regulatory bodies that relate to the school
Ability to develop programs and practices to assist in meeting mandates and guidelines
Possesses professionalism and great communication skills
Monitor all programs consistently and maintain all records to certify compliance
Ability to establish positive relationships with all regulatory organizations
Coordinate compliance information and document request for audits
Coordinate with Principal, DPSCD, Management Company, Pupil Accounting and departments to ensure that we are always in compliance and “audit ready”
Ability to evaluate the effectiveness of the Internal controls of all departments
Manage all issues concerning compliance to prevent penalties or possible litigations
Ability to provide an up-to-date list of compliance requirements and deadlines to Principal weekly
Create and present a monthly Board Report
Responsible for all Federal, State and District reporting
Other duties as assigned by the Board of Directors, Management Company or Principal



Bachelor Degree or higher in a related field
Possesses knowledge of all rules and regulations related to the District
Possesses knowledge of school ethics and safety guidelines
Understands the charter school system and mandates
Possesses knowledge of Federal, State and District reporting guidelines
Exceptional interpersonal communication, computer and organizational skills
Ability to function independently and as a part of a team
Requires the ability to read a variety of correspondence, reports, forms etc.
Requires the ability to prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, requisitions, evaluations and budgets etc. using the prescribed formats and adhering to all rules of punctuation, grammar and style
Possesses the ability to present in the presence of groups with confidence
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions
Ability to interpret various technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and process with multiple abstract and concrete variables
Must possess and provide a valid Michigan Driver's License. Incumbent must also have reliable transportation
