Researching and preparing documentation to evaluate community compliance with the National Flood Insurance Program.
Developing outreach and education materials for various stakeholder engagement activities.
Producing reports that support various efforts across the branch including quarterly reporting requirements and metric tracking.
Developing and maintaining automated tracking systems, hard copy files and records.
Assisting with Community Assistance Contacts and Community Assistance Visits including investigating potential violations of the floodplain management regulations.
Supporting the Floodplain Management team in preparing documentation, ordinance reviews, and evaluating community compliance with the National Flood Insurance Program.

Education must be accredited by an accrediting institution recognized by the U.S. Department of Education for it to be credited towards qualifications.
