From babies to seniors, Gulf Coast JFCS serves all people in need, regardless of race, religion, culture or gender identity. Our programs span a broad human service spectrum, from behavioral and mental health, child welfare and adoption, family support, job and employment transition, housing, food, transportation or home care assistance for the elderly.


In partnership with local law enforcement, you'll have oversight for Community Navigators who provide immediate crisis intervention services to adults, children, and families. Service intervention may be provided in situations to include, but not limited to, mental health illness, disorderly conduct, substance misuse, homelessness, panhandling, and parental assistance for juvenile needs such as counseling or school attendance/truancy. You'll provide on-site response to assist Community Navigators, whenever necessary, as well provide assessment for Baker or Marchman Act. You may provide engagement, counseling, referral, and linkage to formal (community providers) and informal (family, friends, neighbors, school, etc.) resources to prevent ongoing client crisis and support law enforcement in efforts to reduce the number of officers deployed to non-emergency situations and reduce recidivism of individuals requiring non-emergency law enforcement support.


Clinical Supervisor must, at a minimum have a master's degree AND hold an active and clean State of Florida License in the discipline of Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Clinical Social Work and/ or Psychology.


$48,000 annual salary
