This newly created position is another sign of North Country's growth and healthcare innovation. The Clinical Back Office Supervisor role is designed for a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) ready to grow professionally as a supervisor.

Under the direction of the Dental Operations Manager, the Clinical Back Office Supervisor will provide oversite, evaluation, and constructive feedback to staff to ensure consistent adherence to standards of care and quality improvement goals are met within assigned clinic setting. Responsible for consistency to organizational standards and guidelines to meet State, Federal and other regulatory requirements for reporting within the clinic(s). This person will manage and direct clinic business operations and oversee some clinic incoming and outgoing transactions. This includes addressing complaints and issues, while managing employee schedules and daily clinical operational concerns as they arise.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Per RDH scope of practice will supervise and provide education, training and leadership for other RDH's, CDA's, RDA's, DA's, EFDA's and other non-licensed staff as directed. Will be required to provide orientation and evaluations for new and existing staff members within their clinic(s) who fall into the mentioned categories at routine intervals.

Qualifications

Education and Experience

Degree or certificate from an accredited dental hygiene educational program, holds current unrestricted license; or if from out-of-state, has received an unrestricted Arizona license with anesthesia certification. We require least one year of supervisory experience. Must have a CPR (BLS) card or the ability to procure one. Proven leadership skills through education, experience or a combination of skills and education are preferred.
