At DeepBench we believe in democratizing access to expertise by unlocking the world's knowledge. We help everyone from hedge funds and Fortune 100's to design firms and startup founders connect with the experts they need to solve critical business problems.

We are an early-stage, high growth startup. As such, our next Client Operations Lead will play a critical, hands-on role in the success of our customers and our business.

Responsibilities include:

- Leading clients through the entire lifecycle, from onboarding through project management and account expansion.
- Understanding client needs and unlocking opportunities to capture revenue.
- Being the trusted advisor to help clients access expert advisors, requiring clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Finding creative solutions to unique challenges - we are a startup, and always looking to improve or build new capabilities.
- Building and nurturing relationships with multiple stakeholders within client teams to solidify our partnership and deliver results.

Qualifications

- Must demonstrate excellent communication (written and oral) and active listening skills.
- Outstanding organizational skills and ability to multitask to effectively prioritize and manage workflow.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow-through / follow-up.
- Working independently as a self-starter.
- High level of intellectual curiosity.
- Experience managing complex accounts or projects with sophisticated clients.
