Duties

As a Claims Specialist, you will assist the public in person or by phone to establish entitlement to Social Security benefits. Your contacts will allow you to obtain, clarify and verify data used to analyze claims and make benefit entitlement decisions. Your career as a Claims Specialist will allow you to develop skills that provide a solid foundation for future advancements.

Qualifications

To qualify, you must be a U.S. citizen by birth or Naturalization, have excellent communication skills & ability to deal with the public, excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, and a degree or related experience.

Salary

Starting Salary $36,543+
