Duties

90% of your time, you will be on sites, working on wet and dry detention basins, bio-retention facilities, sand filters, infiltration, bio-swales, etc. You will be overseeing your crew and the subcontractors’ crews, making sure they operate in a safe and high-quality manner. At times you will be required to lift items up to 100lbs (such as sacks of materials, water pumps, chainsaw and other large power tools).

You will be working on several projects simultaneously so we are looking for an effective time manager, who knows how to prioritize.

10% of your time, will be dedicated to the coordination with the teams at RES (operations, project management, construction administrators etc.) to ensure all work is completed on time, within budget and within specification. This part of the job can be done in the office setting.

Qualifications

We would love to talk to you if you have the following qualifications:

10+ years experience as a superintendent
A Valid Driver’s License
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
5 or more years construction equipment operation experience
Ability to effectively read and understand plans
Management Experience
