Serves as capture manager with technical directors to successfully manage proposal efforts and resources, including timeline and action planning, identification of proposal team members, internal/external meeting support, efficient communications, and organization of proposal components
Has lead responsibility for coordinating select proposals (including preparing compliance matrices, tailored calendars, checklists, instructions, templates, and outlines) and monitoring progress through submission
Writes expressions of interest, corporate capability statements, personnel and management sections, past performance references, and other proposal components
Performs analysis of RFP/Q requirements and continually works to promote and ensure compliance
Helps facilitate evolution and documentation of proposal strategy, such as competitive analysis, developing win themes and technical approach, and selecting teaming partners
Leads technical and cost proposal production and submission, and coordinates post-submission debriefs, and transition to start up upon award
Works closely with the recruiting team to develop job descriptions, identify and screen candidates, facilitate and coordinate interviews, and finalize documentation of selected candidates for proposals and anticipated awards



Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of experience, Master’s degree and 3 years of experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Demonstrated success in contributing to multiple projects and managing multiple priorities
Experience supporting facilitation of meetings, both in-person and virtual
Preferred Qualifications

Demonstrated success building a trusted advisory relationship with client teams, including technical specialists, to assess needs, manage processes, deliver high quality services, and solve problems
Experience working in international development or with U.S. government agencies, including USAID
Experience independently creating client deliverables, including scoping, production, and review; or, experience playing a critical role in the development of products
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Ability to be proactive in problem solving with excellent listening skills
Strong interpersonal skills and comfortable working with various types of people and personalities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong process management skills and ability to produce quality products
Willingness to be available outside of regular office hours for time-sensitive tasks

Legally authorized to work in the United States with no restrictions
