Duties

Our team needs a dynamic and enthusiastic individual who can jump in and support our IT needs. If you want the opportunity to work with a fast-growing and entrepreneurial team reshaping the charitable sector, then this job is for you. The business analyst will help assess and strengthen our IT infrastructure to help us provide the best service to our internal teams and clients.

•Support service desk ticket management through assessing issues for complexity, severity, and root cause
•Liaison with internal developers and contractors to create recommendations for technical and process solutions to issues
•Play a leading role in building out technical documentation of our IT infrastructure, including system capabilities, integrations, and core use cases
•Analyze and document current workflows and procedures and make recommendations for improvements
•Conduct requirements gathering with a variety of stakeholders for large strategic projects, and own technical requirement documentation for projects
•Create and implement testing plans
•Communicate with internal developers and vendors on technical requirements and testing plans
•Construct workflow charts and diagrams
•Understand and communicate the financial and operational impact of any changes

Qualifications

•2+ years of relevant experience
•Experience writing technical requirements and comfort leading requirements elicitation meetings
•Experience writing and conducting test plans
•Detail oriented, analytical, and inquisitive mindset
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•Ability to work independently and collaboratively
•Extremely organized with strong time-management skills
•Strong knowledge of SDLC
•Experience with Visio or similar diagramming tools

Other Highly Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Experience and Key Characteristics
Familiarity with one or more of the following is a plus:
•Salesforce
•Dynamics GP
•SharePoint
•Azure
•SQL
