We are currently recruiting for Building Management Specialist throughout Public Buildings Service:
Locations: Baltimore MD, Atlanta GA, Auburn WA, Boston,MA, Chicago, IL, Ft Worth TX, Kansas City MO, Lakewood CO, New York NY, Phil PA, San Fran CA, and Washington DC
At GSA, our Building Management Specialist participating in the evaluation of policies and/or implementation of programs related to the operation and maintenance of commercial buildings (or equivalent non-housing, high rise buildings) and leased space; analyzing the effectiveness and efficiency of building operations, automated systems, and/or equipment; interacting with customers and stakeholders regarding building services in order to assess their needs and recommend solutions; and providing analysis of real property budgetary and/or financial data to management. Supporting the realty functions of GSA's Public Buildings Service organization in this occupational series includes:
Participating in the evaluation of policies and/or implementation of programs related to the operation and maintenance of commercial buildings (or equivalent non-housing, high rise buildings) and leased space;
Analyzing the effectiveness and efficiency of building operations, automated systems, and/or equipment;
Interacting with customers and stakeholders regarding building services in order to assess their needs and recommend solutions; and
Providing analysis of real property budgetary and/or financial data to management.
The education and/or experience required is based on the duties of the position and level of responsibility. A Human Resources specialist will review your application to determine if you meet these requirements.
$43,251 to $83,897 per year
