Duties

The Budget Analyst will work directly with Strategic Planning and Operations (SPO) Officer Director and SPO/Budget Division Chief to perform work of broad scope and complexity under the direction of the Asia executive leadership suite. The Budget Analyst will work closely with Asia leadership in support of issues that require specific follow-up and will handle special projects as assigned.

Location: Washington, D.C.

Work Schedule: Full-time, hybrid (3 days in office)

Salary Range: Starting at $97,000

Clearance: Active secret clearance required

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in relevant field (international affairs, political science, public policy, international development, communications, business, etc.) and twelve (12 years) of experience.
● Master’s degree in relevant field (international affairs, political science, public policy, international development, communications, business, etc.) and ten (10 years) of budget analysis or financial management related experience.
● Previous experience with project/process and relationship management;
● Familiarization with Phoenix Accounting System;
● Active secret-level security clearance.
