About the organization

Be Ready Alliance Coordinating for Emergencies (BRACE) is a community -based disaster coalition that leads in emergency preparedness, response, and recovery efforts in Escambia County.

We train and mobilize volunteers, and collaborate with local, regional, and national partners to ensure the disaster readiness of our community.

Duties

The Marketing Coordinator will coordinate the process of updating, enhancing, expanding, and implementing marketing plans that will build organizational and community capacity in Region 1 to provide disaster services to low income and vulnerable residents. The VISTA will develop and execute marketing strategies and creative campaigns. Brainstorm new, creative approaches for marketing campaigns and social media influence. Coordinate the creation of a disaster communications plan and a modern press kit (with pre-formatted press releases, contact information, etc.) for use before, during, and after a disaster or major emergency. The VISTA must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to effectively multi-task.

Social Media Marketing is the skill we are looking for the most. We can teach the rest.

$513.94/bi-weekly
