Agri-Placement Services, Inc. is an agricultural employee staffing company and human resources consulting firm specializing in agricultural labor law compliance for dairy farms and other agri-businesses. Our membership base and clientele are located across New England, Mid-Atlantic and Mid-West States stretching from Maine to New York to North Carolina to South Dakota.


Job duties include on-site, agricultural employee training, HR consulting, conflict resolution and oral/written translation services for dairy farms and other agri-businesses that employ Spanish-speaking employees. This home office-based position requires extensive travel throughout assigned region (and further if needed) to provide employees to dairy farms and other agri-business operations.


Strong customer service focus essential, language fluency in English and Spanish required, reliable vehicle for extensive travel required, strong background in sales preferred, successful HR leadership experience highly desirable, writing and computer proficiency required. Dairy farming experience a big plus.
