TNTP Teaching Fellows
About the organization
TNTP Teaching Fellows is a rigorous teacher certification program that recruits and trains current college students, recent graduates, and professionals without formal teacher training to be outstanding teachers in high-need schools across the country.
TNTP Teaching Fellows helps talented people become exceptional teachers who prepare their students to thrive in school and beyond. We train teachers who believe every student can succeed, see every lesson as a chance to inspire, and know how to make every hour in the classroom count. Turn your belief in every child’s potential into the skills you’ll need to lead your own classroom next school year—and shape the future of your community. No prior teaching experience is required.
We are particularly interested in candidates with the dedication and knowledge required to teach high-need subject areas that include, Math, Science, Elementary Education, Early Childhood Education, English and Special Education.
