About the organization

Since 1990, HealthRight International remains committed to empowering marginalized communities to live healthy lives. With a presence in 30+ countries over the years, HealthRight actively partners with other NGOs, government ministries, and donors to test and scale new approaches and technologies for addressing persistent and emerging challenges to global health and human rights. Through technical and organizational capacity building, HealthRight enables governments, community-based organizations, and local clinics to realize the right to health for marginalized, excluded communities.


HealthRight’s Associate Board brings together young professionals who are passionate about global health and human rights, providing them with opportunities to have a real impact on the lives of marginalized communities. The Associate Board volunteers their time, talents and resources to grow HealthRight’s supporter base, raise funds, and lend their expertise to HealthRight’s staff and Board.


- Young professional (ages 23-35)
- Passion for global health and human rights
- Preferably located on the East Coast/NYC tri-state area for social events
