Arizona Serve is an AmeriCorps program of Prescott College that connects passionate people to transformative community projects that aim to combat poverty.

Duties

A. Raise Community Awareness: Content curation for social media sites, e-
newsletters, and JobPath website. Collect enough for a year’s worth of
content.
B. Grow JobPath’s Social Media Presence: Consistent posting to social
media platforms and quick responses to messages and inquiries.
C. Event Coordination: Plan and attend outreach and marketing events as
needed.
D. Student Recruitment and Retention: Support recruitment efforts and
maintain student communications and engagement through e-newsletters
and social media efforts

Qualifications

B.    Education, Skills and Abilities
·  17 years or older, no upper age limit. All ages are welcome and
encouraged to apply
·  Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Publisher, PowerPoint, and Internet-
based communications

·  Proficiency with Google Workspace (Google Docs, Sheets, Slides,
Forms) helpful
·  Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team setting in a
consistent, energetic, positive manner
·  Strong organizational and time management skills
·  Ability to be flexible and work well in a variety of situations
·  Effective problem-solving skills
·  Ability and desire to work with diverse community members
·  Friendly and effective interpersonal skills
·  Access to reliable transportation

Salary

$8,471 for 8 months of service
