Arizona Serve is an AmeriCorps program of Prescott College. Our mission is to connect passionate people with transformative community projects to fight poverty.

A. Process Housing Counseling Intakes:
● Learn current system and intake coordination process,
● Work on new client facing database and trouble-shooting for clients,
● Ensure appropriate documentation is gathered for individualized
counseling sessions,
● Manage welcome series and email/voicemail communication for those
seeking information for seamless communication with clients
● Assist with emergency assistance programs, providing basic and
intermediate level information, reviewing qualifications for program,
updating tracking system

B. Facilitate Online Education Program Platforms:
● Manage online education portal and client records
● Assist in researching/evaluating in developing and implementing online
group classes
● Develop system for following up with inquiries/clients that do not follow
through on online platforms to see what services they may need instead
● Develop and collect satisfaction surveys for housing counseling and
financial education


● 18 years or older, no upper age limit. All ages are welcome and
encouraged to apply
● Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Publisher, PowerPoint, and
Internet-based communications
● Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team setting in
a consistent, energetic, positive manner
● Strong organizational and time management skills
● Ability to be flexible and work well in a variety of situations
● Effective problem-solving skills
● Ability and desire to work with diverse community members
● Friendly and effective interpersonal skills
● Access to reliable transportation
● Bilingual English/Spanish a plus


$8,471 for 8 months of service
