The Senior Advisor for Leadership Development will provide expertise in designing, implementing, and expanding leadership development programs and initiatives at CRS. In close collaboration and partnership with the Overseas Operations Staff Learning and Development Team and regional leaders, the Senior Advisor will lead implementation of CRS’ flagship leadership program (Strengthen, Advance, and Inspire Leaders). The Senior Advisor will also provide facilitation and advisory services to advance CRS’ global leadership development strategy.
Master's degree in International Development, Program Administration, HR, Organization Development, Leadership Development, Instructional Design or related field
10 years of experience in program management, leadership development, instructional design, capacity building, human resources, or equivalent.
Experience delivering learning and leadership development solutions within a global and multi-cultural environment
Knowledge and experience with adult learning theory, leadership development, and/or coaching competencies. Coaching certification a plus.
Collaborative working style and willingness to work with virtual & multicultural teams across multiple time zones
Demonstrated experience transferring knowledge to diverse audiences through training, mentoring, and other formal and informal methods
Experience applying diversity, equity, inclusion and access (DEIA) concepts and practices in programs (in leadership development programs a plus).
