This position serves as an Administrative Support Assistant at the State Office. This position independently performs a wide variety of administrative support functions and specialized duties each requiring a comprehensive working knowledge of special and/or complex subject matter, procedures, or practices. The position serves as a principle point of contact on specific technical aspects or programs related to office administration, resolving non-recurring problems and issues, and providing advice and recommendations to management on improving administrative operations.


One year of experience performing administrative support functions.
