About the organization

Montessori del Mundo (MdM) is a public Dual Language Montessori charter school in Aurora CO. MdM follows the Montessori philosophy and curriculum and uses a research-based dual-language model with the goal of bilingualism and biliteracy for all students. Academic instruction is in both Spanish and English to prepare students for the bilingual world of the future.


The Administrative Assistant is responsible for coordinating the operational and administrative activities of the front office and the school leadership team. manage petty cash, provide basic tech support, provide HR support throughout the hiring and onboarding process, provide occasional classroom support, serve as a clinic aide, and coordinate field trips. Other duties as assigned.


High school diploma or GED required.
Associates or Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

Bilingual (Spanish/English)
Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
Tech Savvy must be experienced with Microsoft Office, Google Docs
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and project management skills
