This position develops, markets, and delivers non-credit educational programming in response to community needs. As a member of the 4-H youth development team, this position will have primary responsibility for the 4-H school enrichment, afterschool and outreach programs, provide educational opportunities for youth in Adams County, and provide leadership for the Adams County 4-H Shooting Sports program.

A completed bachelor’s degree is required. Degree must have been conferred in education, youth development, agriculture, biologic or other science disciplines, or a closely related field.
